Agriturismo Al Castagno

The Agriturismo Al Castagno is located in the municipality of Abetone Cutigliano, in the heart of the Pistoia mountains. If you want to spend time in nature and in complete relaxation this is the right place!
Choose a holiday in the midst of magnificent landscapes, a beautiful view of the Apennine mountains and the Open Book, away from the frenetic pace of the city. Our farmhouse is family-run in a structure dating back to 1729 recently renovated in stone and wood. It is located in the middle of a forest full of greenery and nature, with the good fortune sometimes to see roe deer running around and playing in the woods.

Our farmhouse consists of a dining room where you can enjoy the typical cuisine of the area and three apartments, all with private bathroom and kitchen. Our breakfasts are based on tarts made with jams of our production.

A location that offers considerable comfort!

In winter:
It is possible to enjoy the beautiful snowy landscape, ski and snowshoe hikes thanks to our proximity to the ski resorts of Abetone (about 15 minutes by car) and Doganaccia (20/25 minutes by car).

In summer:
15 minutes away is the small village of Cutigliano where you can spend beautiful days among the history and medieval structures that characterize it. A 15-minute drive away is Abetone where you can take beautiful walks along the paths. There are hiking and trekking activities in our area with the possibility of eating at the tables outside on your return.
