Pian di Novello – Prato Bellincioni

It is a suggestive natural terrace located between Mount Caligi and Poggio degli Agli. It is an excellent stopping point thanks to a table with benches and a point to light the fire.

From Prato Bellincioni the view sweeps almost 360° observing the Val di Lima on the left, in front of the profile of Monte Balzo Nero and further away the expanses of meadows of Mount Prato Fiorito which dominates the valley of the Lima stream; on the right you can see the pyramidal silhouette of Mount Rondinaio. To get to this delightful quiet living room full of peace you have to cross the beech forest of Pian di Novello, believe me it is fantastic. As you pass by the centuries-old beech trees, you will feel an exciting state of peace and serenity growing within you!
